Villa La Quercia is a gem set in the Ligurian coast, protected within a garden of 6000 square meters although it is less than 300 meters away from the beach.
Stepping through the gate, the house is protected from view while immediately one is enveloped by the precious garden that is cared for in every detail. The house is developed above ground on three different half floors that animate the distribution in the house without ever isolating the rooms.
The entrance hall is the junction point of all the spaces in the house; it is developed on the floor into a corridor that leads to the junior suite, the two bedrooms and the day bathroom, with a window overlooking the kitchen and via two staircases leading to the other living and sleeping spaces.
On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the terrace that connects it directly to the garden opening onto the entire Gulf of Savona with a breathtaking view.
On the ground floor, the living area opens directly onto the garden where the light, soothing tones reflect the light from the plants outside, bringing the garden inside the house. The simple but complete kitchen similarly overlooks the dining area inside the house and the outdoor dining table, which, protected by pergolas and climbing roses, becomes the perfect place to spend the evening watching the sun go down.
The pool although very close remains detached and protected from the house, once again surrounded by greenery that is as natural as it is neat. The large oak tree that gives the house its name serves as a hinge between the house and the pool area.
A path inside the property leads to a pedestrian access 150m as the crow flies from the sea, which can thus be reached by a 500m walk in a few minutes.
