Villa Albamonte is located in Carini northwest of Palermo and at the foot of Mount Saraceno.
The town sits on a hill at an altitude of 162 meters and overlooks the gulf of the same name.
Very close to Palermo Carini is a true terrace on the sea known not only for beach tourism but also for its naturalistic-archaeological riches.
The villa is a single unit divided into three apartments connected by internal doors and is therefore rented as a single unit. An ideal place to spend time with friends and family while maintaining your privacy.
Sunshine
Apartment consists of lower and upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room, furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking, with a sofa bed .
The majolica staircase leads to the upper floor , where there are the 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The rooms are large , have very comfortable mattresses and large terrace with sea view . The Sun apartment can accommodate 4 or 6 people using the double sofa bed.
Monte
The Monte apartment consists of a double bedroom on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen furnished and equipped with everything. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sea view terrace shared with the Sole apartment. The Monte apartment can accommodate 4 people.
Mare
The Mare apartment is developed on the ground floor of the villa and consists of a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
There is a double sofa bed in the large kitchen.
The entrance overlooks a garden with a wonderful fish tank and a rock garden. The Mare apartment can accommodate 2 or 4 people using the double sofa bed.
The villa has a beautiful multifunctional swimming pool with whirlpool and counter-current swimming. A garden planted with olive trees , palms and beautiful succulents . A large lawn a century-old wall that divides the pool with the lawn connected by arch. A large atrium with some tables and chairs under a magnolia tree where you can spend beautiful evenings.
