Cancellation PolicyHigh Season

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will apply, calculated on the total amount of the stay:

More than 90 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount
From 60 to 90 days before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount
Less than 60 days before the arrival date, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total amount

Low Season

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will apply, calculated on the total amount of the stay:

More than 60 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount
From 30 to 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount
Less than 30 days before the arrival date, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total amount
